SYMPTOMS
Pump abends with the following error:
2014-06-15 16:28:15 WARNING OGG-01223 TCP/IP error 146 (Connection refused), endpoint: ogg0xdb01lh05:19000.
CAUSE
There is a large number of replicat running (over one hundred) and the method in which they are started using AUTORESTART, is attempting to connect all at once to the MGR,
SOLUTION
First, make sure that the Manager process on target server specified on RMTHOST is not running
Stop all the pumps, clear out all the server processes on the target and bring the pumps up in a sequential order.
